¼ cup cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 ½ cups cup Mini marshmallows
1 cup cup Melted milk chocolate chips

Directions
1In a large pot, pour the oil and corn kernels. Mix well, making sure all the kernels are coated with oil. Season with salt. Cover and set heat to medium-high. Shake the pot occasionally, lid on, until popping stops (about 3 to 4 minutes).
2Place popcorn in a large bowl and sprinkle with a small amount of spice mixture. Toss popcorn and repeat up to 4 times with remaining spice mixture, making sure to toss the popcorn between each addition. Drizzle with butter if desired.
3Pour the melted butter and Graham cracker crumbs over the popcorn and mix well. Add the mini marshmallows and mix again. Pour half the chocolate over the popcorn and mix some more. Divide the popcorn between bowls and drizzle remaining chocolate over top.
4Place the popcorn in a large bowl, sprinkle with aged cheddar and mix well. Pour the hot butter over top and mix some more.
