Directions
1In a large saucepan, mix all the ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly, or until a candy thermometer indicates 105 °C (220 °F). Skim while cooking.
2Pour into sterilized jars.
