4 apples peels and cores
1.0 L (4 cups) cup water
5 mL (1 tsp.) tsp cinnamon or stick
1 lemon zest and juice (zest and juice)
60 mL (¼ cup) cup honey

Directions
1Pour all ingredients except honey into a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
2Strain the infusion directly into a cup.
3Add honey and serve warm.
