  • 10 ml (2 c. thé) tsp huile d’olive, divisée

  • 450 g (1 lb) lb filet de porc du Québec

  • 1 oignon

  • 1 pot 500 ml cup poivrons rouges grillés marinés

  • 1 gousse gousse d’ail

  • 125 ml (½ tasse) cup olives vertes dénoyautées

  • 1 boîte 398 ml cup tomates cerises

  • 2,5 ml (½ c. thé) tsp paprika fumé

  • 60 ml (¼ tasse) cup eau

  • 60 ml (¼ tasse) cup crème à cuisson 15 % m.g.

  • 30 ml (2 c. soupe) Tbsp fines herbes fraiches (au choix, facultatif)

Secret du chef: Pour un filet de porc d’environ 30 cm (12 po) de longueur et 5 cm (2 po) d’épaisseur, vous obtiendrez une viande rosée en prévoyant environ 20 minutes de cuisson. Si vous utilisez un thermomètre de cuisson, la température interne doit atteindre 63 °C (145 °F) au centre de la viande.
