we love local iga

Now more than ever, we need to stick together and eat local.

Our country is home to so many good products, and every time we choose local, we’re supporting our economy and the people behind it.

At IGA, we’re a family of local merchants and cooperatives – entrepreneurs who are deeply connected to their communities, who take pride in showcasing products from every region.

We love local. That’s why we’re committed to promoting local producers, farmers and entrepreneurs, celebrating the quality and freshness of our farmers' meat and dairy products, the fish and seafood of our fishermen and the fruits and vegetables of our growers.

Together, we’re convinced that local products unite us and make us stronger. Let’s continue to share our values, around the table and beyond.

Our grocers love local

At IGA, our grocers are at the heart of communities and have a deep knowledge of their local market. They are encouraged to highlight Quebec harvests and products, and to have local and hyper-local products in their stores, to promote the terroir and know-how of their region.
