1–2 eggs

250 mL (1 cup) cup flour

Directions
1Try our crispy, delicious air fryer zucchini fries with ranch dressing. They’re perfect for any occasion.
2Preheat air fryer to 200 °C (395 °F).
3Cut zucchini lengthwise into quarters around 2 cm (1/4 in.) thick.
4Whisk egg in a shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, dried herbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
5Dredge zucchini wedges in flour, then dip in egg mixture to coat all sides. Finish by dredging them in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
6Air fry zucchini wedges in batches. Start by spraying the air fryer basket or tray with cooking oil spray. Lay zucchini wedges in a single layer in the basket, cut side up. Coat zucchini wedges with another layer of cooking oil spray.
7Air fry at 200 °C (395 °F) for 8–10 minutes. Air fry for 5 minutes, gently flip zucchini wedges, and continue air frying for 3–5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side.
